Tonette Wood Gibbs

Tonette W. Gibbs, age 55, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 19, 2014, surrounded by family and friends. Born November 07, 1958 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Thelbert (deceased) and Margaret Gibbs, she was the youngest of 6 siblings. Tonette was a graduate of Marion-Franklin High School; she was an advocate for cancer awareness, and prided herself on being an independent home health provider for the sick and elderly, until her own health started to decline. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Kimberly (Tedvin) Clark-Head, and Lauren Green; granddaughters, Jalaya Beaver and Tayvin Head; mother, Margaret R. Gibbs; sister, Marva Hood; and brother, Ronnie T. Gibbs, all of Columbus OH; and a host of nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends.
