Tony Randolph Jones was born May 19, 1948 to Maxine Rankin Jones and Edward Randolph Jones in Holden (Logan County), West Virginia. In the early 1950's, when Tony was just a child, he moved, with his family, to Columbus, Ohio. Many of his loved ones and dear friends grew to know him simply as T.J. Tony was a warrior for peace in the 1960's and a Million Man Marcher in the 1990's. He had an open-minded respect for all forms of religion and was an avid follower of historical and current events. He loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed traveling to destinations such as Las Vegas, Nevada, San Marino, California, and his hometown of Logan. Tony had a love for cooking and worked as a Chef with the State of Ohio. On Sunday, March 9, 2014, at the age of 65, Tony departed this life while at Grant Medical Center, in Columbus.
