Trilochan Singh Luthra was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He moved to Canada and lived there for several years before he relocating to Indiana. Shortly thereafter, he settled in Columbus, Ohio. Trilochan was affectionately known by the name Terry among his friends and family. He originally studied electrical engineering, but upon the death of his father and keeping with Sikh custom, Terry took on the role of head of the family. He became an accomplished professional chef who took pride in cooking. He will be remembered for his love of couponing so that he could save a penny. He loved to bargain and looked forward to a manager's special at Kroger. Terry was ready for a recession at any time due to his love for stocking up on every item. If you needed something, he would have it. He a had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. Terry was kindhearted and always put others before himself. He deeply loved and cherished his family. On September 16, 2014, at the age of 70, Trilochan Singh Luthra passed from this life. He was predeceased by his parents, Mela Singh Luthra and Kataur Kaur Luthra. He is survived by his wife, Satinder Kaur Panesar Luthra; children, Catrina (Michael) Kelley, Amrit (Dedan) Gatewood, Rinku Panesar, and Tanveer Panesar; grandchildren, Jose, Cameron, Casey, Kennedy, D.J., Jaylen, and Kylen; siblings, Manjit Kaur Rajput, Surinder Kaur Nannar, Ranjit Kaur Chawla, Amarjit Singh Luthra, Sqkhinder Paul Singh Luthra, and Pejinder Paul (Patty) Singh Luthra; nephews, Pejinder Paul Singh Rajput and Mahinder Paul Singh Rajput; Cynthia Luthra-Morris; and a host of other relatives and friends.
