Trina Vernette Richardson

Trina (Christopher) Vernette (Shaw) Richardson was born March 4, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio to Marie (Palmer-Wright) Shaw and Hurdine Rogers. Trina was the youngest of 8 Children. She was a Mother to all, a Sister to many, a Friend, a Teacher and a Counselor. At her young age of 48, she was able to touch so many hearts. She loved hard and she fought even harder for what she believed was right. She was always happy and full of life no matter what curve balls were thrown at her. She always managed to stay so positive. On Sunday, April 4, 2021, after a long and hard battle with cancer, Trina gained her wings. She was preceded by her mother, father, brother William Shaw, and sisters Annie Shaw and Deborah Shaw. Trina is survived by her daughters Charnell J. Richardson, Tabrina V. Richardson, Na’Sha L. Richardson; grandson, KaVonn T. Richarson, siblings, Joseph Shaw, Carol (Shaw) Dabo, Tony Shaw and Timothy Shaw Sr. As we mourn, we also celebrate her life and her accomplishments. For she is not forever gone, just home until we meet again!
