Vernon Reeves

Mr. Vernon Reeves, Sr. age 88, was born July 23, 1931. He transitioned from this life on May 17, 2020. For this we bow in humble submission before God and to His devine wisdom. He attended Central High School in Columbus, Ohio. He was employed at Central Point Shoe Repair Shop for 45 years as a manager and later became the proprietor of the business. Mr. Reeves also served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr. Reeves is preceded in death by his parents, William Jasper and Mamie Gertrude Reeves; wife, Evelyn Reeves; daughter, Deidra Lynn Reeves; 8 brothers; and five sisters. Mr. Reeves loved his wife and children, as his family meant so much to him. Left to cherish his memories, Vernon Jr. (Joyce), William, Raymont and Shawn Reeves; and a host of grandchildren, great, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
