Victor Leonzia Lee was born August 4, 1955 to Erma Elease Wiley Lee and Herbert Leoncia Lee in Columbus, Ohio. One of four children, Victor had a active childhood and attended Columbus City Schools. After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Navy for a short time. Since 1998, Victor had been unable maintain employment due to illness. Victor loved to play cards and chess. He found joy and making other people feel good and was known to address each female he encountered as a pretty lady. Victor loved people, especially his family and friends; therefore, any activity that was done together with his loved ones made his day complete. Victor departed this life on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at his residence. He was preceded in death by both parents, as well as his brother Freddy Wiley and sister Susan Lee. Left to cherish memories of Victor are his three children, Victor, Jason, and LaTanya Mock; his devoted sister and caregiver Charlotte Jefferson; twenty-one grandchildren, one great grandchild; many nieces and nephews, including his favorite niece Andrea Pooh Jefferson; a host of cousins and friends, including his dear friends Al Watson, Diane and Wonder Haygood, godsister Vicki Anderson, and his entire healthcare staff over the past 11 years.
