IMR. WILLIAM “BILLY”

CECIL JAMISON, SR.

William “Billy” Cecil Jamison, Sr. was born in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday, March 12, 1953. He was the son of Mr. Cecil and Mrs. Kathryn Mae Jamison. William entered the Navy at an early age and proudly served his country, where he received the National Defense Service Medal. William accepted Christ at an early age.

Surrounded by his loving and devoted children and family, William C. Jamison, Sr. entered eternal rest on Monday, September 12, 2022. He was sixty-nine years of age. William was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Cecil and Mrs. Kathryn Mae Jamison and his former wife, Artis “Pat” Cain.

He leaves to cherish his sweet memories his loving children, William A. (Kelly) Jamison Jr. and Katheryn M. (Tika) Jamison; grandchildren, Jonika (Dylan) Brown, Jaylon Hopkins, Jonae Hopkins, Kahleel Jamison, and Shyandra Jamison; thirteen great grandchildren; brothers, Stanley, Matthew, and Michael Croom; cousins, Ruby Jean and her two sons; and Devona (Marquez) Pritchett and their four children.

Loving memories are cherished by extended family, Bridgette, Kervin, Danny (Brenda), Ardilars Jr., Daryl (Donna), Adrian, Keith (Michelle), and Eric Cummings; as well as special friends, Don Brown and Jesse and Felicia Parker; like a second daughter, RuCiana Pate; many other family members and dear friends.

A LOVING father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend who will be sorely missed by all whose lives he touched.
