Bill is survived by his wife, Annette Conley; son William (Venice) Ernest Conley IV; stepdaughter, Stacie (Timothy) Poindexter; grandchildren, William (Alexis) Conley V, Anthony (Lamesha) Conley, Andre Conley, Sydney Poindexter; great grandson, William Ernest Conley VI; sisters, Shirleen (Marvin) Green, Carole (Ralph) Smithers Jr.; brother, Donald Conley; long-time friends, Shirlee Conley, Jerry Lucas, Verta Parks; many other relatives and friends.
