Dr. William Olorunto’s life long pursuit of personal excellence, outstanding quality of life, and enduring family values was made evident in his extraordinary drive to be great, his life philosophy, his happiness, his contribution to friends and community, in addition to the continuous joyful laughter and smiles he shared with his loved ones. Amidst any hardship or difficulty, he always found a deeper meaning within himself to inspire his life toward better service for other human beings. He would want his journey, as a small child from Nigeria in West Africa, to his success as a trauma surgeon in the United States of America, to be remembered as an example of what’s possible with creative imagination, definite purpose, and precise thoughtful action. He was predeceased by his father, Rev. Peter Olorunto. He leaves his memory, legacy, and honor with his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Monica Olorunto; daughters, Celine, Olivia, and Riley Olorunto; son, Justis Olorunto; Mother, Selina Hounkpe; Brothers, Gbenga, Layide, Biodun, Philippe, and Seyi; Sisters, Emily Onabanjo, Odille Olorunto, Rebecca Olorunto, Oludayo Olorunto; Uncle, Samuel Olorunto; cousin, Bayo Olorunto; and many other relatives and friends.
