William R. 'Bud' White

William Robert “Bud” White was born on January 29, 1927 to Emory and Beatrice White in Columbus, Oh. He was raised in the Columbus School system, then entered into the armed forces completing with an Honorable Discharge from the US Army and US Navy. Later William was employed with the US Postal Service and retired with 28 years of service. He was the first of six generations, loved life, sports and especially his family. On April 2, 1988 he married his wife Veronica. He was funny but serious, One of his favorite comments you must work in this life, do you need the want ads. William “Uncle Bud” will be dearly missed. William is preceded in death by his parents Emory and Beatrice White; siblings, Emory (Elizabeth), Charles White; niece, Carla Robinson, great great niece Nakeasha Woodford. To cherish his memory his wife Veronica White; daughter Charlotte Williams, son Robert Oden; grandchildren, Robert Jr, Daisya, Kiara, Ohaji; great granddaughter, Amaya; niece, Myrtle Cobb; great nephew, Michael (Marilyn) White; great niece, Sheri (Henry) Abram, DeAnn (Thomas) Browne, Juanita (Ben) Tubbs, Teresa Cobb; great great, Makala (Henry) Negroni, Taylon Thomas and Dior Tubbs; great great great Jonvan Meeks and Amani Negroni; sister-in-law and niece, Shella and Chanel Shuff, and a host of family and friends.
