Yvonne Ann (Cox) Williams

Yvonne Ann Williams was born November 25, 1948, in Columbus, Ohio, to Rudolph Cox and Willie Ann Maddix. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior. Yvonne was united in marriage to the love of her life Ronald Lewis Williams. This union was blessed with four wonderful children. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Yvonne received a Bachelor's Degree from Capital University. Yvonne was a fun and loving individual who enjoyed being with family and friends. She worked as an administrator for the City of Columbus Income Tax Division for over eight years. In her youth, Yvonne was an exemplary softball player and a world-class bowler, earning the nickname Turkey. The Lord called Yvonne into eternal rest on Sunday, July 16, 2017. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and son, Ricky. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter Celeste Marie; two sons, Ronald Lamon and Ringo Lewis (Elaine) Williams; two sisters, Lillie (Willie) Cleveland and Bonnie Wade; brother Stephane Fatman Cox; mother-in-law Katherine Williams; sister-in-law Caroldine (Walter) Hickman; eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
