As you might have heard, Wayne T. Lee has decided to retire and enjoy the next few years with fewer day-to-day responsibilities. As a result, Wayne closed the Wayne T. Lee Funeral Service funeral home. Rest assured though - your pre-arrangements are safe with us.

We at Diehl-Whittaker Funeral Service, a leading African American Funeral Home in Columbus since 1905, have completed a renovation of 1370 E Main Street and are moving into the facility!

As part of our move, we have agreed to honor all Wayne T. Lee Funeral Service pre-arrangements and price guarantees per the terms and conditions of the original contract.
